TÜMAD Mining Industry and Trade Inc. is a Turkish mining group that carries out gold production in addition to projects and explorations for various valuable and base metals.

Our strategy is to be included among the important gold producers of the country by continuing advanced explorations in mining sites without compromising on our quality, harming the nature or environment and by respecting the community and people in addition to carrying out sustainable mining projects combining economic and social growth with environmental production.

Our objective is to carry out activities ranging from rehabilitation to explorations during our mining operations while meeting the expectations with mutual dialogue, honest, transparent and effective understanding of communication, working in accordance with legal regulations with continuous improvements and development in the mining sector in accordance with international environment and occupational safety standards.

It adopts as a principle the most strategic and well adapted human resource applications and activities in the mining sector which are approved worldwide and which are in accordance with national standards. The belief that the real capital is human resource has priority for both Tümad and its shareholders. It aims to be a company which does not give any privilege to certain ethnic roots, races, language, religion, gender, which aims to support the development of the behaviors, skills and knowledge of its employees that are open to innovation and development and may play an active role in team work with high communication skills in an environment that provides equal pay to equal work principle while being based on merit based on success and performance with a proper training analysis, planning and application; that carries out surveys, open door and face-to-face interviews with its employees for questioning their needs and demands which are taken into consideration by making activity plans for improving and developing their satisfaction and loyalty levels; that strives to provide a happy working environment which provides the best balance between the professional and private lives of its employees in an ethical and healthy manner; that aims to apply the performance management system to all its employees starting from upper management in a synchronized manner with importance given to regular monitoring of training, development, career and salary management; that aims to be a well-preferred company with a low turnover ratio thanks to its performance and capability evaluations resulting in a global work force and leader pool that is comprised of successful, qualified and hardworking individuals in addition to its HR applications.
