Information Notice On the Protection and Processing of Personal Data of Employee Candidates

Your personal data can be processed by TÜMAD Mining Industry and Trade Inc. ("Company") as the data controller, within the scope explained below, in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("Law"). Detailed information regarding the processing of your personal data by our Company can be found in the TÜMAD Mining Industry and Trade Inc. Purpose of Processing Your Personal Data

Your collected personal data may be processed for purposes ("Purposes") such as conducting application, selection, and evaluation processes for employee candidates, carrying out necessary internal and external communication activities for the placement of employee candidates, and performing reference or intelligence activities for personnel procurement or Company security processes. These are in accordance with the fundamental principles stipulated in the Law and the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law. This includes planning and/or executing our Company’s human resources policies and processes and ensuring the legal and technical security of our Company and related persons who have a business relationship with our Company.

Parties to Whom Your Personal Data is Transferred and Purposes of Transfer

Your personal data is collected in written or electronic form, through digital application forms published online, resumes submitted to the Company via email, mail, fax, or website channels, references, or similar methods, and via employment or consultancy companies in electronic and/or physical environments. Additionally, your personal data is collected based on the legal grounds of establishing and fulfilling a contract, legitimate interest, and explicit consent if provided, as regulated in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.

Your Rights As A Personal Data Owner Under Article 11 Of the Law

As a personal data owner, we inform you that you have the following rights under Article 11 of the Law:

• To learn whether your personal data is processed,
• To request information if your personal data has been processed,
• To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
• To request the correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed, and to request the notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
• To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data despite it being processed in accordance with the Law and other relevant legal provisions, if the reasons requiring its processing no longer exist, and to request the notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
• To object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• To request compensation for the damage if you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

You can submit your applications regarding your rights listed above to our Company by filling out the TÜMAD Mining Industry and Trade Inc. Data Owner Application Form available at www.tumad.com.tr. Your applications will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within no later than thirty days depending on the nature of your request; however, if the transaction requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged to you according to the tariff to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
